What can you do on the Contractor Portal?
- View a list of the Work Orders you are assigned.

- View details of your past, present, and upcoming work orders.

- View and manage your Timesheets.

- Submit timesheets (Unless you are set up to submit on a separate third-party system).
- View the status and details of your timesheets (Unsubmitted, Pending Review, Ready for Payment, or Paid).

- View and open the Payment transactions and actual payments you received.

- Check the status of payments.
- View/download paystubs or invoices.
- Generate payment reports.

- View and manage your Expenses (Only if you are set up to submit expenses on FlexBackOffice).

- Submit expenses.
- Check the status and details of your expense payments (Unsubmitted, Pending Review, Ready for Payment, or Paid).

- Update your Profile details (Please note: Any changes made to your Contractor Portal profile will not currently update your active engagement profile. To make these changes, please submit a ticket).

- Upload your most recent resume.
- Indicate your work preferences (Ex. location, workplace type, and preferred employment status).

- Apply to Jobs that match your experience, skills, education and work preferences (Please note: This functionality will become active after your contract has ended).
Navigation
The menu bar, on the left, enables easy navigation between the modules that are available to you. The image below provides an overview of the application features.
Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard, which provides quick access to frequently used features of the website, including submitting timesheets (if applicable) and viewing payment details. For further assistance with navigating the Contractor Portal, simply click on the 'Need Help?' button located on the right side of the 'Timesheets', 'Payment', or 'Expenses' (if applicable) tabs. This will provide you with additional resources to help you get around the Portal.
