This article contains detailed information about how you can download a copy of your ROE once it has been issued.
Quick answer
If you need a copy of your Record of Employment (ROE), you can obtain it through the My Service Canada Account (MSCA) website. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to create one.
Instructions
Step One: Log in to your My Service Canada Account (MSCA).
Step Two: On the Dashboard, select Employment Insurance Benefits, under Employment Insurance.
Step Three: Select View my records of employment, under Reports and documents.
Step Four: Select the ROE you want to download, then select View on the bottom left.

Can Procom send me my ROE?
Unfortunately, we cannot send copies of ROEs due to privacy and information security considerations. Sending these sensitive documents via email is not secure, and the Contractor Portal does not currently support downloading ROEs.
Important
- When creating a new MSCA account, the Government of Canada will mail you an access code, which typically takes 2–3 weeks to arrive.
- If you need documentation sooner, check if an employment letter will meet the requirements of the organization requesting your ROE.
