We offer our contractors paid sick days in provinces where it is legislated to do so. Currently, the provinces that have these benefits in place are limited.

How to claim paid sick days
Before submitting a paid sick leave request, you must have submitted your timesheet for the period in which you are claiming the paid sick days, and the timesheet must be approved by your manager. Please enter 0 hours on your timesheet for the days you are sick.
If you are eligible and would like to claim paid sick days, click the button below. This ticket will ask for some information like your first/last name, phone number, province, client's name, # of days requested, and the start/end dates of your sick leave.
Please note: (1) Incorporated contractors and Sole Proprietors are not eligible for paid sick leave benefits, and (2) the Ontario Worker Income Protection Benefit (WIPB) expired in 2023, so it is no longer available.
