At Procom, we’re committed to protecting your personal information. That’s why we use GorillaVault, a platform for sharing sensitive documents like copies of your contracts and tax forms.
If you’ve received a secure document from a Procom representative (including someone from the CS Helpdesk), this guide will help you access it quickly and safely.
How Authentication Works: Checking Which Method You'll Use
There are two ways to verify your identity when accessing documents through GorillaVault: SMS authentication (using a code sent to your phone) or email authentication (using a code sent to your email).
When you click "View Documents" in the email you receive from the Procom representative, you'll be taken to the GorillaVault login screen. There, you'll see clear instructions at the top of the page telling you whether you'll be verifying your identity via a one-time code sent to your phone (SMS) or to your email.
More details on each method are outlined below so you’ll know what to expect.
OPTION 1: SMS Authentication (Text Message)

Open the email
Click "View Documents" in the email you received from your Procom representative. -
Follow the login instructions
You’ll be taken to the GorillaVault login page. If SMS authentication is being used, a code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code and click Submit. -
Accept the policies
If prompted, click I agree to accept the Use and Privacy Policy. -
Access your documents
Once verified, click View or Download to open your documents.
Important Reminders:
- The access code expires after 30 minutes. If time runs out, simply request a new code on the login screen.
- If you enter the wrong code five times, you’ll be locked out. An email will be sent to both you and the Procom representative who sent the document. If this happens, the Procom representative will coordinate internally to unlock the package.
OPTION 2: Email Authentication

Open the email
Click "View Documents" in the email from your Procom representative. -
Request your code
On the GorillaVault login screen, click Request One-Time Passcode. -
Check your inbox
You'll get an email from noreply@procomservices.com with your one-time code.
Tip: If it doesn’t show up in 1–2 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. -
Enter the code
Paste it into the field on the login screen and click Submit. -
Accept the policy
If prompted, click I agree to continue. -
Access your document
You can now click View or Download to open the file.
The same rules apply here:
- Codes expire after 30 minutes.
- Five failed attempts will lock you out and trigger an alert to you and the document sender.
Tips and Troubleshooting
- Can’t find the email? Make sure you’re checking the correct account and look in spam/junk folders.
- Old phone number? Let the sender know so they can update it.
- Code expired? No problem—just request a new one on the login screen.
- Locked out? Wait for the email and reach out to the sender. They can help coordinate internally to get you back in.
