If you’ve received a secure document from a Procom representative, this guide will help you access it quickly and safely.
How to Identify Your Authentication Method
When you click View Documents in the email from Procom, you’ll be taken to the GorillaVault login page.
At the top of the page, you’ll see instructions confirming whether you’ll verify your identity using:
- a one-time code sent via SMS, or
- a one-time code sent via email.
OPTION 1: SMS Authentication
This is the most common authentication method.
Step 1: Open the email
Click View Documents in the email you received from your Procom representative.
Step 2: Follow the login instructions
You’ll be taken to the GorillaVault login page. A code will automatically be sent to your phone. Enter the code and click Submit.
Step 3: Review and agree to the policies
Review the Terms of Use and Privacy policies and click I agree to accept them.
Step 4: Access your documents
Click View or Download to open your documents.

OPTION 2: Email Authentication
Step 1: Open the email
Click View Documents in the email you received from your Procom representative.
Step 2: Follow the login instructions
You’ll be taken to the GorillaVault login page. A one-time code will automatically be sent to your email from noreply@procomservices.com. Enter the code and and click Submit.
Tip: If it doesn’t show up in 1–2 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. At this point, you can click Resend code to try sending a new one.
Step 3: Review and agree to the policies
Review the Terms of Use and Privacy policies and click I agree to accept them.
Step 4: Access your documents
Click View or Download to open your documents.
Important Reminders:The same access rules apply as outlined in the SMS section above.

Tips and Troubleshooting
Can’t find your code?
Make sure you’re checking the email address listed on the login screen, and check your spam/junk folders.
Code expired?
Request a new one directly from the login screen.
Incorrect phone number?
Contact the sender so they can update it.
Locked out?
Reply to the original email or contact the CS Helpdesk. They will coordinate with the GorillaWorks Support team to restore access.
