What's Happening

Procom Quebec Inc. (PQI) is amalgamating with Procom Consultants Group Ltd. (PCGL). This is a corporate reorganization, not a change in ownership. Both companies are wholly owned by Procom Group Inc., and the amalgamation is happening to simplify Procom's Canadian operations.

Once the amalgamation is complete, the continuing corporation will operate as Procom Consultants Group Ltd. / Groupe Conseil Procom Ltée.

When

The amalgamation takes effect October 1, 2026.

What This Means for You

Your agreement with Procom is not changing in any way that affects you. Here's what to expect:

• Your existing agreement continues under the same terms and conditions
• Procom Consultants Group Ltd. / Groupe Conseil Procom Ltée becomes the continuing party to your agreement, in place of Procom Quebec Inc.
• Starting October 1, 2026, any new documents you receive (contracts, tax documents, or other administrative paperwork) will show "Procom Consultants Group Ltd." or "Groupe Conseil Procom Ltée" instead of "Procom Quebec Inc."

Procom does not expect this transition to disrupt your working relationship with us in any way.

What You Need to Do

Nothing. No action is required on your part. This change is administrative and happens automatically on the effective date.
